Becoming a respectable teacher has been one of my goals since the first time watching Mstislav Rostropovich teaching in Beijing. Even now, the lively master class still encourages and inspires me in every possible way.

When pursuing my Master of Music degree in cello performance and pedagogy at the Peabody Institute, I found my passion in teaching. The weekly lessons through the program have taught me how to communicate with students and to teach each one of them differently.

During my last year at Peabody, I was appointed by Amit Peled as his assistant. Through this position, I have not only led weekly technique classes base on the First Hour system but also met with the rest of the students in the studio privately to provide help.
